We currently ship to Romania and countries within the European Union.
Order processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after they are placed.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During launches, restocks, or particularly busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and will be displayed before you complete your order.

For damaged parcels, please also include clear photographs of the packaging and products so we can investigate the issue with the courier and find an appropriate solution.
